ShopMyReel is a travel discovery and itinerary platform that aggregates publicly available creator content from third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Instagram
  • Other publicly available sources

The purpose of ShopMyReel is to help users discover destinations, experiences, and creator-curated travel inspiration.

ShopMyReel does not provide travel bookings, financial services, or travel guarantees.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may access ShopMyReel using Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the accuracy of your account information;
  • Keeping your account secure;
  • All activity occurring through your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law;
  • Interfere with the operation of the Services;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute content from ShopMyReel without authorization;
  • Upload malicious software or harmful code;
  • Impersonate another person or entity;
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct.

5. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

ShopMyReel displays and links to content published on third-party platforms.

We do not:

  • Own third-party creator content;
  • Guarantee the accuracy of third-party content;
  • Endorse creators or their opinions;
  • Guarantee the availability of any third-party content.

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. SAVED CONTENT AND USER PREFERENCES

ShopMyReel allows users to:

  • Save content;
  • Like content;
  • Share content;
  • Maintain personal preferences.

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or discontinue content or features at any time.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The ShopMyReel application, software, trademarks, logos, design elements, and underlying technology are owned by Cape Girardeau Technologies Pvt Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in the Services.

8. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopMyReel disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability;
  • Fitness for a particular purpose;
  • Accuracy of content;
  • Availability of services;
  • Non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Services will always be available;
  • Content will always be accurate;
  • Errors will never occur.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cape Girardeau Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages;
  • Incidental damages;
  • Consequential damages;
  • Loss of profits;
  • Loss of data;
  • Loss of business opportunities;
  • Service interruptions.

Your use of ShopMyReel is at your own risk.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity;
  • Continued access poses a security or operational risk.

You may terminate your account at any time using the account deletion options provided.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
